How every booking is handled

These apply to every booking, wherever it was made. There is nothing to switch on.

Checked by the databaseThe database refuses a second booking that overlaps the same stylist, table or room.

A five-minute holdPicking a time holds it for five minutes while the customer fills in their details.

Availability from your scheduleStaff schedules, time off, closed days, buffers, shared capacity and minimum notice all count.

A warning before changesArchiving a service or cutting your hours shows which bookings it would affect before you confirm.
